April 15th is a date we all dread, as each year we are ordered to hand over more and more of our hard earned dollars to the federal government.
With the election of President Obama, we as a nation are about to embark on a tax hike journey unlike any since the colonists rebelled against the British.  The Boston Tea Party sparked a revolution that thrust our country into an era of unprecedented freedom and prosperity never before witnessed by mankind.

 

Perhaps history is about to repeat itself albeit without the bloodshed.

 

The primary difference between The Boston Tea Party on December 16, 1773 and today is the amount of tax levied upon hard working Americans.  The astronomical tax increases under consideration by the Obama Administration are insultingly higher than the equivalent tax imposed on the average citizen in 1773.  Perhaps, God willing, history will look back on these days favorably.  Perhaps Americans will once again stand up against tyrannical government oppression and demanded freedom from the unconstitutional regulations and oppressive taxes to which we are about to be subjected.

 

I do not believe anyone will argue Obama is a dedicated socialist and will, with all his unbridled authority, weave our democracy and
capitalistic economy into a socialist society.   Should Obama accomplish
his new world order, you and I will immediately suffer the liberty ending consequences.  Our children will forever be locked into a
position of serfdom if not slavery to the Federal Government.   A new
world order is his dream and thus far he has been left unchallenged to pursue this nightmarish scenario.

 

The battle is not lost!

 

We as individuals have the opportunity to make a powerful statement; one the entire legislator will have to hear and recognize; a shot across the bow of Washington.  A blast fired from a free people that, if executed in mass, will resonate across the continent.

 

The “National Tea Party Protest” is currently one vehicle to express our frustrations and demand our representatives listen to their constituents.  In spite of the media’s lack of coverage, organized tea parties continue to expand in numbers and strength.  NCDAS is assisting in the coordination of a mass demonstration in Dallas, Texas.  We expect thousands will attend on tax day, April 15th.  All indications are these scheduled protests are gathering momentum across the country.  My hope is that Washington and our local representatives will come to the realization we as citizens have had enough!  I implore you to take the time to attend a protest in your city.  However, if you cannot, there is a second option you may consider that will also have a psychological impact on Washington.  Simply mail millions of tea bags to Obama at the White House.

 

Our representatives are listening, they will understand the significance, believe me.  Send a tea bag; it will cost you less than one dollar. 

 

Consider this “A DOLLAR FOR DEMOCRACY”.

 

How many tax dollars did you send to Washington this past year?  Did your dollars go to support democracy or did they help facilitate the persistent erosion of your freedoms?  Consider the fact Obama now has control of the US Treasury.  In fact, with his new economic stimulus bill he has control of our children’s dollars and the dollars of a generation who aren’t even born yet!  Now if that isn’t considered taxation without representation, what is?!

I believe in my heart our freedoms are slipping away moment by moment.
Freedom-eroding Obama policies, strategic in nature, are announced every day.  Sometimes I can’t even catch my breath as I struggle to determine what issues should be highlighted in NCDAS editorials and news releases.
If we don’t stop the current tide of socialism engulfing our country, it will cost us a lot more than a dollar to put our country right again.
If we do not act quickly, we may forever lose our opportunity to peacefully defend our freedoms.  Some may call this alarmist but I believe many of you understand the dangerous implications of doing nothing.  Democracy is a powerful weapon and we must take advantage of the freedoms democracy affords us in this battle.  You have the God given and constitutional right to demand how the US Government spends your money and enacts laws.  You are about to lose those rights.

Now consider the fact Obama is nationalizing the banks.   I for one do
not want my family to wake up homeless.  Join in the protest, please!
