Obama Bans Free Speech 10/31/08

 

A quick update on Obama’s vision of change as reported on FOX NEWS.

 

It was just reported that the Obama campaign will no longer allow certain press corps to accompany him on his campaign trail.  Never mind these reporters are the preeminent leaders in a FREE PRESS and a major source of information for a substantial number of people.  Maybe it hits home even more as now one of my sources have been blindsided and dare I say punished.  Yes punished as this action reminds me of Vladimir Putin and his tactics in Russia.  If you don’t like what someone is saying about you, squash their ability to speak.

 

This morning the Obama camp refused to allow The Washington Times, The Dallas Morning News and The New York Post to travel with Obama.

 

The way it is being reported is, “The Washing Times was kicked off plane for lack of space”.  Did the aircraft shrink over night?

 

Never mind the fact these news outlets have been reporting on Obama’s quest for the Oval Office since the beginning of the presidential campaign.  It must be irrelevant as suddenly they are persona non grata!

 

Strange you might be thinking.  Why would Obama eliminate a major news source form the very people he is attempting to win votes from?

 

Well see if you can figure it out.  What do these three major publications have in common?

 

They all endorsed McCain.

 

Hey Obama, don’t kill the messenger.  It’s call free speech.  Remember it’s the first amendment of the US Constitution?

 

First you ban a major TV station in Orlando, Florida from further interviews because you didn’t like the questions their reporter Barbara West asked your running mate Senator Biden.  And now, you cutoff “unfriendly” major newspapers!

 

Let’s call it what it is, it’s called censorship.

 

Get ready everyone for the Fairness Doctrine!
